Our main service here is that of Payroll processing. We take your employee data onto our system and generate payment data each period to take all of the input, processing, payslip and sometimes even payment tasks out of your hands. There is no need for you to pay annual software fees, nor update your systems when HMRC issue changes as this is all done for you on our systems. We also deal with CIS for contractors and as HMRC intensify their Real Time Information (RTI) requirements and Auto-Enrolment pensions programmes are instigated, we are here to help with compliance and all of the other issues you face organisationally.
Statutory Maternity pay, Paternity pay, Sick pay, Adoption pay, Attachment of earnings, etc are all fully catered for within our systems.
Payslips can be issued electronically or on paper and all P45s and P46s will be generated for you, with all HMRC filing now done online.
When year end comes around, rest assured that all of the online year end returns will be collated and filed on your behalf, including the P35, P60/P14s and P11D returns, taking all of the reporting and compliance worries away. All employee copies will be issued and archives retained in line with company law.
